Pizza came to Pakistan in the '90s and got reinvented within a decade. By the 2010s, Karachi and Lahore had developed a whole subgenre — pies built around tandoor flavours, bold tandoor spices, and yogurt-mint chutney drizzles. We brought that movement to Pickering.
